Scope
These Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all inquiries, offers, and contracts between Jule Johanna Dorn (hereinafter "Provider") and her customers regarding the production of rings or other products.
Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when an individual offer is expressly accepted by the customer via email.
After confirmation, an invoice will be issued. The order is considered binding upon receipt of payment.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and do not include VAT according to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (Small Business Regulations).
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
Production and Delivery Time
The production time is approximately 7 to 14 working days after receipt of payment, depending on the order situation and material availability.
Individual arrangements are possible.
Shipping is worldwide with DHL Express (recommended: fast & reliable, usually 2–5 business days delivery time depending on the destination). Shipping costs are individually stated in the offer.
Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
Warranty
The statutory warranty law applies (§§ 434 et seq. BGB).
Since these are handmade natural products, deviations in shape, color, and structure may occur. These do not constitute a defect.
Liability
The seller is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
Liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damage.
Cancellation
Since all products are individually manufactured and according to customer specifications, there is no right of cancellation (see § 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB).
This applies both to the product itself and to payments already made.
Final Provisions
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Krefeld, to the extent permitted by law.
